These terms apply to your use of the Oxamate app and website. By using Oxamate, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If they conflict, these terms apply to the extent permitted by the Apple EULA.

1. Not medical advice

Oxamate provides estimates and general information for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Oxalate values are estimates and can vary significantly by food variety, growing conditions, portion and preparation. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, and seek medical help for severe, new or worsening symptoms. Don't ignore professional advice because of something you saw in Oxamate.

2. Eligibility and your account

Oxamate is designed for adults. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in secure, and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Don't misuse Oxamate: for example, don't attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

5. Your content

You own the photos, descriptions and notes you add. You give us permission to process them to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Oxamate, including its software, design, content and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms don't give you any rights to them other than to use the app as permitted.

7. Disclaimers

Oxamate is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of estimates, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on estimates or information in Oxamate. Our total liability for any claim relating to Oxamate is limited to the amount you paid for Oxamate in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes and termination

We may update Oxamate and these terms. If we make material changes to the terms, we'll let you know in the app or by email. You can stop using Oxamate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
